Fees

Florence Crittenton accepts both self pay and insurance reimbursements for outpatient mental health services.

Fees: Therapy services are provided at the fee rate of $100 for a 45 minute individual therapy session; $150 for an hour individual therapy session; $100 for a family therapy session (typically 50–60 minutes);$200 for the initial intake appointment (typically 90 minutes); and $100 for an hour case consultation.

Self Pay:  Self pay clients are asked to provide payment at the time of service for each session by either cash, check, or credit card to receive a $25.00 timely pay write off.

In–Network Insurance:  Florence Crittenton has contracted providers for Medicaid/Kancare (Sunflower, United Behavioral Healthcare, and Amerigroup), Blue Cross/Blue Shield,  United Behavioral Healthcare and Century Health Solutions insurance plans.  Clients with “in network” insurance benefits can expect that their therapy will be covered to the full extent of what is allowed by their plan.  In most cases, individuals will be responsible for only their co–pay at the time of services.

Out of Network Insurance:  Some insurance plans allow for out of network coverage.  This means that you may use a provider who is not paneled with your insurance plan, but the coverage you receive may be less than what it would be with a contracted provider.  We encourage you to contact your insurance company to determine what they would reimburse at their out–of–network rate.

Forms of Payment:  Florence Crittenton accepts cash, check, and credit card payments.

Failed Appointments:  Florence Crittenton reserves your scheduled appointment time specifically for you.  Therefore, we ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
